Tasting Notes

Nose:
Warm and inviting aromas of oak spice lead the way, layered with rich brown sugar and a gentle drizzle of honey. The sweetness is balanced by a subtle woodiness, hinting at depth and maturity.

Palate:
The first sip reveals a harmonious blend of honey and brown sugar, coating the tongue with a velvety sweetness. Toasted peanuts add a nutty warmth and texture, while oak spice returns to provide structure. A whisper of fruit—perhaps dried apricot or cherry—emerges, adding brightness and complexity.

Finish:
