Refund policy

We want our customers to enjoy their orders. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact (859) 721-1854 within three (3) days of delivery so we may provide assistance.

Refund requests will be issued on a case-by-case basis, and in accordance with our policy. Bottles must have the seal/wax intact.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges due to food and beverage safety guidelines.
