This is the 5th expression in J. Mattingly's series of CIB bottles. This is a straight bourbon whiskey containing 5 year barrels with a Mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. The 'CIB' as it's known recognizes the heroic efforts of the Army's Infantry and Special Forces Divisions who were engaged in active ground combat. There are limited quantities, and a portion of the sale of this 127 Proof Bourbon Whiskey will go towards various veterans' nonprofit organizations.
